Addressing significant developments in federal case law and rules, New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure is the perfect resource whether you appear in federal court once a month or once a year.

The cumulative product of nearly 40 years of work by more than 65 New Jersey attorneys, this volume has become a premier resource for those practicing in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. By highlighting key statutes, rules, and cases governing federal practice in these courts, in a single annual volume organized by subject, the authors have had two goals in mind: publishing a reliable source to which a new attorney can turn to understand the broad scope of local federal practice and to which an experienced attorney can turn when focusing on recent developments and a particular issue.

New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure is edited by Elizabeth J. Sher, who is a partner at Day Pitney LLP, and the chapter author on Discovery and Kerri E. Chewning, a partner at Archer & Greiner, P.C., and the chapter author on Complaints.
