In today’s work environment, protecting attorney/client privilege and work product confidentiality is more difficult than ever.  Rapid electronic communications, the collaboration of multiple parties on legal projects, the use of social media – these and other aspects of the modern workplace create new vulnerabilities, new risks of waiver, and other legal problems.  And yet, preserving privilege remains an essential obligation of counsel.
This webinar is designed to help both corporate and litigation attorneys follow best practices to preserve attorney/client privilege and work product confidentiality despite technological change.  Led by a leading legal expert, the 90-minute program takes a practical, solution-oriented approach, covering privilege and waiver issues raised by:
·  Email
·  Social media
·  Work with consultants and experts
·  Electronic discovery
·  Outsourcing
Focusing on the real challenges practitioners currently face, it concludes with a helpful question and answer session.
