Pricing & Sales Tax
Residents of District of Columbia, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Canada will be charged sales tax where applicable. Subscription prices may be tax-deductible as a business expense. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Billing Options:
Purchase Order Number: This feature is for your own record keeping. If you would like to assign an internal purchase order number to your purchase, simply enter the information in the field indicated under "Payment Method" at checkout when you place an order.
Account Holders: If you would like to pay using an existing account with us, enter your billing account number in the field indicated under "Payment Method" at checkout when you place an order.
Credit Card Orders: When you pay by credit card for physical goods, your card is charged only when your order is shipped. For Subscriptions, Downloads, Webinars and some miscellaneous products your card is charged at time of purchase.

Delivery Times
| Add one to three business days of processing time to all shipments, even if you have selected "Express Saver" delivery. Please note that ALM publications are shipped by divisions in a number of locations nationwide. Products shipped from more than one location may arrive separately, at different times. Keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for one- or two-day shipping. In addition, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. | ||||

Books: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping/handling). Print editions must be returned in resalable condition. For downloadable eBook products, a refund will be granted if the eBook has not been downloaded. Subscriptions to books are auto-renewed to avoid disruptions in service. To ensure you remain up-to-date with the latest developments, during each subscription term we will automatically send you any updated versions of the books you select as soon as they are available throughout the year at no additional cost. You may cancel automatic renewal for any future term by simply contacting us at [email protected].
Periodical Subscriptions: You may cancel any periodical subscription at any time and receive a full refund for all un-mailed print issues.
Surveys: ALM Legal Intelligence Surveys are NON-returnable.
