Topics covered include: director and officer liability, partnership liability, oppressed minority shareholders, Rule 10b-5 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act, antitrust, RICO, business fraud, tortious interference, consumer fraud, privacy torts, arbitration, and employment law.
