Ernest Edward Badway is a litigation partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where he co-chairs the Securities Industry, Private Equity and Investment Management, and Fashion Law Practice Groups, and previously co-chaired the White-Collar Compliance and Defense Group. He received his J.D. in 1992 from Duke University School of Law and received a Master’s degree in History as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics, magna cum laude with distinction in History, from Boston University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and College of Liberal Arts. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Ninth, and the District of Columbia Circuits; and the United States District Courts for New Jersey, Massachusetts, the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of Columbia.
