Janet K. Colaneri, senior partner of The Colaneri Firm, P.C., has practiced civil litigation exclusively since her graduation from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1984. Bret Weatherford
Mr. Weatherford is a partner of Kassabian, Doyle & Weatherford, P.C. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Southwest Texas State University. During his undergraduate studies, he was the presenting team member for his International Law class moot court and served in various positions with the Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps (AFROTC), including Cadet Director of Personal and Color Guard Commander. Upon graduation, Mr. Weatherford was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force and served on Titan II ICBM crews and as a missile crew instructor, leaving the Air Force with the rank of Captain. Mr. Weatherford then attended graduate school and law school at the University of Texas, earning a Master’s degree in Government in 1988 and his J.D. in 1991. Mr. Weatherford served as briefing attorney to Justice Ed Kinkeade for the Fifth District Court of Appeals (Dallas) during the 1992-1993 term. Since joining his firm as an associate in 1997, Mr. Weatherford has practiced in the areas of third- and first-party insurance defense and coverage.
